Every Tuesday until March 3, the chef Philippe Combet will create a special menu whose dishes will include black truffle. The estate also organizes tasting workshops and special events.

This new strategy is applied by the online marketing tools. To reduce its carbon print, the Vigouroux family doesn't send any paper mailing but communicates mostly by email and its newly designed web site, only in French at the moment. Don't hesitate to spread the news to your friends!
Mon, 26 Jan 2009 09:39:53 +0100 http://www.french-malbec.com/archives/226-guid.html château de Haute-Serre truffle Lunch with Cahors wines and truffle http://www.french-malbec.com/archives/53-Lunch-with-Cahors-wines-and-truffle.html Malbec de Cahors http://www.french-malbec.com/archives/53-Lunch-with-Cahors-wines-and-truffle.html#comments http://www.french-malbec.com/wfwcomment.php?cid=53 1 http://www.french-malbec.com/rss.php?version=2.0&type=comments&cid=53 [email protected] (Evelyne Lejeune)
The Cahors winemakers received the international press yesterday in the restaurant "Le Taste Monde" in Paris.

About 25 different wines from the 2005 vintage were tasted by the press in the design lounge of the restaurant: Château les Croisille "Divin Croisille", Château Haut-Monplaisir, Domaine du Prince "Lou Prince", Château Eugénie "Haute Collection", Château la Caminade "Esprit" et "Commandery", Château Lamartine "Expression", Château la Reyne "Vent d'Ange", Château du Cèdre "Le Cèdre", Château de Chambert "Orphée", Le Clos d'un Jour "Un Jour...", Domaine Le Bout du Lieu "Empyrée", Clos Trotteligote "CQFD", Domaine Bérangeraie, Château des Roches "Le Serment", Château Lagrezette "Le Pigeonnier", Croix du Mayne, Métaierie Grande du Théron, Domaine des Colombiers, Domaine de la Pineraie et Château Bergon-Deltour (Château Les Roques de Cana).

Continue reading "Lunch with Cahors wines and truffle" Fri, 25 Jan 2008 13:39:33 +0100 http://www.french-malbec.com/archives/53-guid.html black truffle duck espelette le taste monde risotto shitake mushrooms truffle
