|Oenofrance history with winemaking and enological products started in 1943 near Paris. Based now in Bordeaux, Oenofrance has also six laboratories in the major French viticultural regions. Today Oenofrance
is a staff of 40 persons among which more than half are enologists.
|The “Académie du Vin” is a French non-profit institution providing free education on wine. Jean-Michel Deluc is the sommelier and organizer of all the events: prestige dinners, video classes and tastings.|
