	UNESCO The program is based on an international network of higher education establishments (universities, institutes, schools), notably those involved in vines and wine (or those that wish to develop such fields in the future) as well as partners from institutions or the world of business.
	Oenofrance history with winemaking and enological products started in 1943 near Paris. Based now in Bordeaux, Oenofrance has also six laboratories in the major French viticultural regions. Today Oenofrance is a staff of 40 persons among which more than half are enologists.
	The “Académie du Vin” is a French non-profit institution providing free education on wine. Jean-Michel Deluc is the sommelier and organizer of all the events: prestige dinners, video classes and tastings.
