Two scientists give us their views about Malbec of Cahors. First, Dr. Nicolas Vivas, researcher and professor at the Université de Bordeaux talks about terroir and its relation to wine.
We then spoke to Dr. Mark Lipton, a long time wine lover and an associate professor at Purdue about his impressions of Malbec as a variety and the wines of Cahors.
