Sharon Bowman writes about wine at SharonWine.Blogspot.com. She was not previously familiar with Cahors or Malbec, and we were interested in her thoughts on the tasting. We spoke with her at the recent Malbec de Cahor tasting at Le Taste monde Restaurant in Paris. Just after tasting several Cahors wines, and just before lunch, we asked her for her impressions of the wines and a guess about what would be on the menu for lunch. |
